SEO Social by Ricardo HoyosEsta semana en Social Media Podcast tuvimos el privilegio de contar con la colaboración de Mª Jose Cachón, una amiga experta en SEO, con la pudimos conversar durante cerca de una hora,  aunque nos hubiera gustado estar tres, ya que tanto a Manolo Aguado, a Paco Anes como a un servidor nos apasiona el tema SEO.

No os voy a contar de lo que hablamos pues prefiero que escuchéis el podcast ya que no tiene desperdicio y os lo aconsejo muy mucho.

Este post lo quiero dedicar a lo que para mi es el SEO social, entendiendo que no soy para nada un experto en la matería, pero me gusta investigar y probar ciertas cosas.

A mi entender el SEO social son todas aquellas acciones sociales que nos permiten posicionar mejor nuestra web en buscadores; las tres grandes redes sociales que van a influir en esta optimización de nuestros resultados en las búsquedas que muestra Google, son obviamente Twitter, Facebook y sobre todo Google plus, esto según los expertos, aunque yo añadiría Youtube e Ivoox.

¿Pero qué podemos hacer para mejorar nuestro posicionamiento gracias a las redes sociales?

Como podemos observar tenemos una ardua tarea a la hora de optimizar nuestro SEO social, dándole mayor relevancia a la optimización de nuestros perfiles sociales hacía este SEO social, pero por favor sin perder lo bonito de la redes sociales…SOCIALIZACION. 
Esta claro que todos buscamos salir los primeros en las búsquedas de Google, ¿Pero todo vale?, hay algún dicho que nos dice:
El tiempo nos pone a cada uno en nuestro sitio.
Otro cantar son los nuevos resultados de búsqueda del señor Google, basados en nuestras interacciones o en lo que les gusta a nuestros contactos en Google Plus, veamos un ejemplo:
En esta primera imagen podemos observar una búsqueda social, logueado con mi perfil de Google Plus, aparecen los resultados que son relevantes para mi comunidad de Google, entre los que están varios de mis post y uno de Juan Merodio y mi vídeo de como instalar el timeline de facebook.
Pero veamos que ocurre si nos deslogueamos de Google:
Como puedes ver en esta búsqueda sin loguear, han desaparecido todas las búsquedas sociales y ¿que estamos viendo?, ¿lo que verán todos aquellos usuarios que no tengan cuenta en Google?, se dice que sólo el 10% , gracias María, se loguea en Google, por lo que cuando realiza una búsqueda obtendrá este resultado.

Y por último aquí tenemos la búsqueda realizada por Paco Anes, que pese a ser una persona que interacciona muchísimo conmigo en las redes, obtiene unos resultados totalmente distintos a los míos. ¿Qué os parece? .
De momento como hemos comentado más arriba, menos del 10% de los usuarios “normales” realizan sus búsquedas en Google logueados, pero es una estrategia muy a tener en cuenta de cara al futuro.
